Koryn Carney, LMT, E-RYT500, YACEPA yoga practitioner and devoted teacher, Koryn is rooted in her passion to share yoga and experience while compassionately connecting with others. Her yoga journey started in 2002 with a home practice evolved into a life-long exploration in movement; through study and observation of: anatomy and physiology, nature, breath, and all the mysterious gifts in life. Involving in self study and a wholistic lifestyle allows her to understand balance through mindful practices to communicate the benefits to others with intention. Studying the functionality of the body through a yogic lens provides a unique dynamic to her teaching style, along with focused attention on how the body’s own brilliance can find balance through mindful motion and meditation. Also, her enthusiasm for the healing arts and to support others on their path is leading to a lifetime of growth through education she loves. Currently, she is studying Ortho-Bionomy, manual/massage therapy, and other forms of body and energy work. Anything mysterious, she has a passion to run towards interpreting the knowledge in a practical way.
