I have been enjoying Yin + Restrative + Yoga Nidra instructed by Mi Han every Saturday morning. Attending her class has become essential to me as it renews, heals and repairs me mentally and physically. Mi Han provides clear, sensible and detailed instructions that I always appreciate.
In 2002, Caroline experienced yoga in a prenatal yoga class
that she attended while pregnant with her first child. Those
classes created in her a thirst to learn more.
Over the years since then Caroline has has incorporated a
meditation practice into her daily life, taken numerous classes,
workshops, and two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. She is also
studying Ayurveda, also known the sister science to yoga.
She is a continuous student of yoga and feels enormous
gratitude for the beautiful teachings that it offers. These
practices help her cultivate an energy for well-being.
Caroline feels honored and an immense joy whenever she gets to
share with others this amazing gift called yoga.
