Catherine
Catherine worked in a corporate environment for 16 years as a technical project manager in the financial sector. She started her yoga practice in 2009, which has been greatly influenced by Ashtanga Yoga and Dharma Yoga. When she saw how much yoga was helping her to center and balance her life, Catherine decided to follow her heart, leave the corporate world and pursue yoga full time.
 
Catherine believes that every moment is an opportunity to live your yoga practice. Facilitating the teachings has provided a way to share these personally life changing tools. It is with gratitude that she passes her knowledge on to her fellow students. With each teaching and practice, we as students awaken to the power that lies within.
