In his classes, Keith focuses on the fundamentals, alignment, body awareness, the breath, slowing down, believing in yourself, and the mind. He caters to people with injuries and work the class around the student’s needs. He likes to offer tools that allow the practitioner to grow along their spiritual journey. He also keeps the pace of his classes at a slower tempo, allowing people to notice themselves within their practice. He want to be of service to his students and help them open their own doors to their hearts. He want people to enjoy themselves.
