I have been enjoying Yin + Restrative + Yoga Nidra instructed by Mi Han every Saturday morning. Attending her class has become essential to me as it renews, heals and repairs me mentally and physically. Mi Han provides clear, sensible and detailed instructions that I always appreciate.
Through yoga, Jen learned to move and breathe into deeper parts
of herself that she had either ignored or just didn’t even know
were there. She found myself connecting to something real,
something higher. Yoga didn’t change Jen into someolne else -- it
introduced Jen to her truest self. And her truest self is her
natural state is joy.
That’s what she tries to bring to her own teaching; to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and supportive, a space where people can uncover/recover/discover the joy of who they already are.
