
MOVEMENT, MINDFULNESS and ME is a
child centered and family focused yoga studio founded by an
occupational therapist, ERYT200, RCYT.  We offer a variety of
yoga classes for adults including Yoga Basics and Beyond, Gentle
Yoga, Deep Stretch, Chair to Mat Yoga Stretch and Mixed Power Flow
classes.  Individual and Pre-natal sessions are available by
appointment.

In addition to these traditional classes, our passion is our
children's classes. All children's series are designed with age
appropriate activities and include playful instruction in
mindfulness skills to promote attention, focus, empathy and
compassion. Classes for all ages are offered from Toddler to
Preschoolers in the “Someone Who Loves Me and Me” ages
3-6"and  “Mini Movers” ages 4-5, “Young Yogi's Mindful
Adventures” ages 5-8 and ages 8-12, Teen Class and Tween
group.

Adaptive yoga for individuals, families & groups is also
offered. We are happy to create a program for your group, center or
school.
