I have been to MMM for Chair and Gentle classes.Also my husband and I have had excellent massages too!
Today we attended our first virtual chair class . Christine was an excellent Yogi instructor. She has patience and explanations of what's coming next .Great additions to our expanding healthy living program as we were very lax before.

Hali Christopher is a theatre teacher by trade and a yoga teacher from the heart. She has been involved in theatre, art and dance since she was the age of 3. She started practicing yoga in 2014 when her daughter left the nest for college and was looking for a way to calm her mind and energize her body. She immediately jumped into a “21 Day Challenges” and quickly realized yoga would be a passion that she would take with her the rest of her life.
During the pandemic, Hali dove into her home practice and received her RYT-200 certificate with Michelle Young. Hali loves teaching power classes but believes yoga should be non-competitive, rooted in mindfulness, and inclusive of all bodies, ages, and abilities.
