I got my second Covid shot and finally got back to yoga class after a year of quarantine. Even though I tried to maintain my practice at home it is not the same as attending class with the many beautiful souls I have been so fortunate to know along the way. Terri and her yogis are great. If you have never tried yoga or if you have been practicing for years, you will feel at home and love the classes
Greg Burns is a Sound Practitioner hailing from the mountains of Virginia. For a number of years now Greg has been using Sound as a tool for wellness and transformation, working with a range of communities and individuals. Using a variety of instruments such as Singing Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Drums, Rattles, etc...Greg facilitates group and individual experiences that use Sound and Vibration to offer a wide range of benefits to participants. Greg regularly offers these experiences throughout Virginia and the east coast at many locations including yoga studios, theatres, festivals, schools and retirement centers, demonstrating the ability of the experience to reach people across various ages and walks of life. Greg has also worked with individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges, such as tinnitus, end of life transition, bodily pain, depression and more helping these individuals find relief. Greg is trained in therapeutic application of Sound and worked for 15 years in a western therapeutic rehab setting, allowing him a unique perspective on the healing process.
