Thrive Yoga Frisco has a wonderful variety of classes and community events. I've had a lot of fun trying the different class styles and seeing how each teacher approaches things in their own way. The studio has a nice mix of active classes and more rejuvenating slower styles like Restorative as well as a lot of special events. It's great to be able to walk to class right off Main Street in Frisco.
Erin endeavors to lead with an open heart. Her personal promise is to be present with her students, to honor her truth every day so that her students can feel comfortable showing up in theirs, and to lead and learn with compassion. She teaches Vinyasa yoga with the goal to help students get out of their minds, get into their bodies and get what they need out of their personal practice in that moment. Her yoga practice began in 2012, and after 9 years of study, she received her 200 hr certification at Yandara Yoga Institute. Erin’s sequencing allows for safe and conscious opening of the breath and body, with movements radiating from a strong core, and progress to peak postures that inspire confidence from within. She finds joy and grounding with her family and in the outdoors: practicing yoga, snowboarding, biking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, camping and hiking.
