Thrive Yoga Frisco has a wonderful variety of classes and community events.  I've had a lot of fun trying the different class styles and seeing how each teacher approaches things in their own way.  The studio has a nice mix of active classes and more rejuvenating slower styles like Restorative as well as a lot of special events.  It's great to be able to walk to class right off Main Street in Frisco.

Leslie

Leslie's journey to yoga began as a professional snowboarder. Yoga not only improved her athletic prowess but brought balance and presence to all parts of her life. These experiences have heartened her to follow her dreams, live with purpose, revel in moments of everyday magic, to teach yoga. Her yoga practice remains a beacon of light as she navigates the joys and challenges of everyday life, including a recent journey surviving breast cancer. Leslie's classes explore mindful movement, stillness, stability, breath, and intention to inspire her students to connect with their highest potential both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is for everyone and works to make all of her classes accessible and inclusive.

Leslie received her 500 hr RYT certification through Meta Yoga Schools and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She is a dedicated student of Rod Stryker and draws from her study of Para Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Functional Movement and Ayurveda to guide students in an authentic way towards greater health, vitality and connection in all parts of their life.
