Thrive Yoga Frisco has a wonderful variety of classes and community events. I've had a lot of fun trying the different class styles and seeing how each teacher approaches things in their own way. The studio has a nice mix of active classes and more rejuvenating slower styles like Restorative as well as a lot of special events. It's great to be able to walk to class right off Main Street in Frisco.
Callie’s intention is to create positive energy and influence her students to listen to their body as if it were a compass. Our body and intuition sends us messages all day and therefore allows us to make better choices for how we spend our time. This intention is translated in her teaching style and prevalent in her day to day life. The concept of listening to your body as a compass stems from her wanderlust and desire to travel where she feels energetically called to go. Callie completed her 200 Hour YTT at the Maui Yoga Shala in Paia, Hawaii. She is also a Buti Yoga Instructor and began her teaching journey on the East Coast in Vermont and on Cape Cod. Callie enjoys all outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, paddling boarding, kayaking, running, and hiking. A class with Callie is unique, high energy, and a safe space to do anything that feels right for YOU.
