Sarajean Rudman is a New England-based Kripalu Yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer, Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Health and Wellness Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and Outdoor Adventure guide. She has two decades of experience across many diverse fields in health and wellness. In addition to certifications in multiple fitness modalities, Sarajean holds a B.S. in Health and Wellness and Sports Management, an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, and an M.A. in Health and Wellness Coaching. Sarajean is a doctoral candidate at University of Bridgeport where her research was on exercise and female fertility, and a student at Maharishi International University studying for a third master’s degree in AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine. Her Western credentials are balanced with an E-RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance, as well as Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher and NAMA Ayurvedic Practitioner Certifications. Sarajean is proudly an adjunct instructor at MUIH and adjunct faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where her commitment to education and wellness can thrive.
