Years ago Melissa found herself struggling with anxiety, insomnia and chronic neck pain. Fed up with begin in a rut Melissa began taking yoga and meditation classes, she was amazed by how good she was feeling, she was sleeping better, was less anxious and her neck pain disappeared. She was hooked and that feeling has been bringing her back to her mat every day. As Melissa continued to practice yoga and meditation she had a deep desire to grow and learn more so she enrolled in a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kripalu School of Yoga followed by certifications in Restorative Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and Reiki Levels 1 & 2. Melissa teaches meditation and Kripalu Yoga of all levels, including beginners, gentle, restorative, all levels, power, and SUP yoga. In her free time Melissa enjoys traveling, stand up paddle boarding, hiking and spending time with family and friends. Yoga, meditation, and reiki healed and transformed Melissa's life and she would like to share this with you.
