Ann
Ann, CYT, ERYT-500, is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She has earned certifications in Yoga Therapy from the Tensegrity Center for Yoga Therapy in Santa Monica as well as the Loyola Marymount University Yoga Therapy Rx program. Motivated by her own experience with breast cancer, Ann is honored to be a certified Yoga of the Heart practitioner, specializing in adapting yoga for students with cancer and cardiac issues. She has also led workshops on yoga as a tool for wellness and self-care for both adults and children. Ann is a proud member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
 
Many people tell me they think they aren't flexible enough to do yoga. My mission is to show you that you can. We use breathing and movement to strengthen, stretch and tune in to our innate capacity to heal. And along the way, we might just have a little fun.
