Why I teach: I teach because it allows me to share with others
the joy and peace that my yoga practice has brought to me. I offer
a place for students to practice mindfully and to explore their own
capabilities. I enjoy teaching vinyasa sequences that create
breath-body links designed to give the student the experience of
fluid movement with the breath.
