Movement arts have been at the center of RYT 500 Hannah
Grasso's entire life. A dancer and athlete, Hannah found yoga at 13
years old, helping her to heal from serious physical injuries as
well as an internal battle with body image. Teaching since 2010 -
Hannah weaves the flowing rhythm of dance with alignment and
intelligent sequencing to provide her students with a sustainable
practice for body, mind and heart. She has studied with prominent
yoga teachers such as Lisa Walford, Suzanne Sterling, Seane Corn,
Daniel Stewart, and many others including her most recent mentor at
YogaWorks - Lainie Devina. In addition, Hannah is a certified
ACROVINYASA Level 1 instructor and has a BS in Health Education.
Her most recent passion is developing her own business - 8 Limb
Mama - which aims to help new and seasoned mamas to live inspired
by the 8 Limbs of Yoga through Yoga and essential oils.
