This was a very restorative class!!!My first Yoga class here was awesome. I didn’t feel out of place and the modifications helped me deepen my flexibility

Kellie
Kellie began her yoga practice in 2009. She grew up in an environment of dance (ballet, modern), the YMCA (healthy lifestyle counselor/trainer), running (12 marathons), and massage therapy (therapist 11yrs). She gravitated to yoga for athletic recovery and injury prevention. Once she stepped foot in her first class she never looked back. Yoga gave her change, improvement, self awareness, discipline, focus, and happiness. All that she had done before became one thing in yoga.
In 2013 she received her 200RYT certification from Rising Lotus Yoga. She also continues her education by attending workshops lead by Annie Carpenter. Kellie’s class focus is on proper alignment and breath coupled with balance and a strong flow. She makes sure her classes are challenging, fun, safe and accessible to students of all levels.
