After breaking her back in 2001, Regan used yoga to regain her physical health and mental clarity. The tools which helped her remain pain-free also taught her focus and control over mental/emotional states. Regan loves to go deep, teaching not only asana, but the subtler 7 limbs of yoga as well. Emphasizing proper alignment - mentally, physically and spiritually. A sense of fun, dedication to hard work and sensitivity to the changing realities of the body run throughout her work, making her an excellent choice for those with limited mobility or experience.
