I have been coming here inconsistently for around 10 years. I like to go to different locations and experience different instructors. This is definitely my favorite place to grab a class! Its just so chill and calming in there. Kelda's classes are always just right. The room is spacious which is also most excellent 1 year into Covid.
I believe I was born a yogi and have been teaching yoga since
my first official class in 1994. Dreaming of creating a connected
Yoga community in Grande Prairie since 1999, I realized that dream
in 2009 with Love Life Hot Yoga. At times we are actually more of a
family than simply a community of yogis. I teach an array of
different yoga classes from yoga nidra, chocolate covered yoga,
yin, hot power vinyasa and Flight School where we focus on arm
balances and inversions. After 20 years of teaching I still
consider myself a student and I learn something new from the people
I teach every day. The biggest lesson I’ve learned from yoga is
that we are human. We aren’t meant to be perfect. When you let go
of trying to force yourself to look a certain way in a pose, or to
look like your neighbor, you allow space to actually feel it.
That’s what I think yoga is…letting go and experiencing life.
