I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Heather
Heather, a Special Education Teacher for Pitt County Schools, is originally from Pennsylvania. Heather is a Taurus whose hobbies include camping, reading, scrapbooking, relaxing and hanging out with friends, and of course yoga! She and her husband, Chuck, have two children: son Connor (19) and daughter Hadlee (15), a 15 year old cat named Harry and a two year old lab inamed Ada. Heather began her practice after being driven to find alternative methods of managing her chronic pain due to unsatisfactory and ineffective results from pharmaceutically based western medicine practices. She received her 200 hour training from Karuna Teacher Training out of Virginia in 2016 and is currently working on her 500 hour through Asheville Yoga Center.  Heather is Aerial, Prana Pump, and Yin certified as well as Yoga Shred Trained. Her favorite style to teach is Hot Power.
