I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

 I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I moved to North Carolina when I was 18-years-old and never looked back! I am currently working and going to school for Accounting and Finance. Don’t let my boring occupational aspirations fool you, I am a cusp Zodiac between Gemini and Cancer. I love running and weight lifting. On the weekends you can find me with my German Shepherd, Belle. I took my first yoga class when I was 6-years-old, and yoga has continued to by a part of my life since. I completed my RYT-200 at Wilmington Yoga Center in 2017 and my RYT-300 at Asheville Yoga Center in 2021. I enjoy teaching Beginner and Yin Yoga classes the most, but I am happy with any class. I believe there is no “right” way to practice yoga- yoga is for all bodies, at all stages of life.
