I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.
Jess is originally from New York but has become a residant of NC as of January! She works as a biomedical engineer and recently returned to graduate school for Physical Therapy. Jess is a Libra who loves to dance and move her body. As an avid runner she is also training for marathons and always looking to the finish line. Quality times with friends and family is important to her wellbeing. Trying yoga in highschool jess moved into more of a Power Yoga mind set as a way to help calm her body and mind while in college. Yoga passion blossomed into a YTT at CorePower in California. Helping be the light switch in people's lives has grown into a lifestyle for Jess.
