I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Hi! I am Ailee. I am originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and most recently lived in Durham, North Carolina. I completed my YTT-200 in 2019 with Yoga Union Bali and have been teaching ever since. My passion for yoga began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Since then, yoga has provided me with a safe and healing space to grow and dissolve mental and physical limitations.

Sharing the practice of yoga is my passion, and I intend to provide students with a comforting environment to allow them to explore their unique physical, mental, and spiritual practice. Besides teaching yoga, I am a student, a travel addict, an outdoor adventure seeker, indoor plant enthusiast, and I speak a little Turkish.
I can't wait to meet you all on the mat!
