Hi! I am Ailee. I am originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and most recently lived in Durham, North Carolina. I completed my YTT-200 in 2019 with Yoga Union Bali and have been teaching ever since. My passion for yoga began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Since then, yoga has provided me with a safe and healing space to grow and dissolve mental and physical limitations.Sharing the practice of yoga is my passion, and I intend to provide students with a comforting environment to allow them to explore their unique physical, mental, and spiritual practice. Besides teaching yoga, I am a student, a travel addict, an outdoor adventure seeker, indoor plant enthusiast, and I speak a little Turkish.I can't wait to meet you all on the mat!
