I love Tribal Yoga! The staff are so welcoming and the classes are so enjoyable. If I could go everyday I would!
Like many people, my introduction to yoga began as a way to add a little ‘stretching’ to my weekly exercise routine. I had been an aerobics instructor for many years. (Yes, I wore leg warmers and braided headbands!) I was also an avid runner. I had a difficult time slowing down at first, but clearly that’s exactly what I needed. As they say, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” I loved yoga from the start and quickly realized that yoga is a whole lot more than simply stretching. It wasn’t until nearly 10 years later, however, that I decided to take my passion for yoga to the next level and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
