Clean, friendly atmosphere. Alice greeted me when I entered, answered all my questions and did exactly what I needed to accomplish.
RYT 500
I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2015. In 2016 I
decided to complete my 200-hour teaching certification to share
with our community the relief (both of stress and pain) that this
form of movement provides. In December of 2018 I anticipate
completing my 300-hour training with the hope of becoming a more
skilled and knowledgeable instructor.
My style of instruction is energetic and challenging, while still accessible to beginners. I aspire to help others on a path of their own – focusing on alignment and the breath to gradually increase flexibility and a sense of wellbeing – all while having fun. This journey has shown me what brings us to yoga and what we end up finding are fantastically different and continue to evolve beautifully over time.
Originally from the Midwest, I earned my master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. My time during the week is split between my HR career and my family, including two young, spirited yogis.
