I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tribal Yoga is! I’ve only ever done zoom classes because I’m on the West Coast, but I feel like a member of the tribe at every class. The teachers are of superb quality and instructs the class(es) with educated , caring and safe precision! Thank you Tribal Yoga for being so welcoming and connected no matter where your students are!
In my Yoga classes, the movements are linked to the breath in order to develop a deep mind-body connection and to stay in the present moment. My goal is to encourage students to embody the immense benefits of Yoga into their every day lives. I try to implement the 8 limbs of Yoga to my daily life which means to me, living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle as well as maintaining a mindful and caring behavior. When I am not on my mat I split my time between writing schoolbooks, trying out new recipes, doing all sorts of arts and crafts and
being outside with my dog in the beauty of nature.
