Tribal Yoga is a wonderful place to practice. It has especially been an amazing place to find a connection with others during COVID as they offer both Zoom and in studio classes. I highly recommend you give it a try, it won’t disappoint you.

I had my first contact with Yoga in 2006 in Germany. I tried
different styles and studios, and practiced outside or in front of
the TV. When I moved to the US with my husband I became enthused
with the Vinyasa style. In Vinyasa Yoga, I love the combination of
ancient asanas with modern music, the rapid flow of the class, and
the energetic atmosphere which is created by teachers and students
equally. I decided to deepen my knowledge by completing a total of
500 hours of teacher training at Tribal Yoga between 2017 and
2018.
In my Yoga classes, the movements are linked to the breath in order to develop a deep mind-body connection and to stay in the present moment. My goal is to encourage students to embody the immense benefits of Yoga into their every day lives. I try to implement the 8 limbs of Yoga to my daily life which means to me, living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle as well as maintaining a mindful and caring behavior. When I am not on my mat I split my time between writing schoolbooks, trying out new recipes, doing all sorts of arts and crafts and
being outside with my dog in the beauty of nature.
