Tribal Yoga is a wonderful place to practice. It has especially been an amazing place to find a connection with others during COVID as they offer both Zoom and in studio classes. I highly recommend you give it a try, it won’t disappoint you.
I began practicing yoga more than 10 years ago in Russia and fell in love with it! I tried different styles back then, and my favorite was Vinyasa yoga style. It appealed to me because it’s sequences and meditative rhythm let me feel so strong and flexible and yet present in the moment at the same time. I believe that practicing yoga helps to improve well-being and enable one to become more content and happy.
When I moved to the USA, I started looking for a community where I could practice my favorite style of yoga. I’m so happy and grateful that I found Tribal Yoga studio where I decided to get my teacher’s training. I came to the training because of my desire to help people. My background includes working as a psychologist and a teacher. This was always my passion - to help people grow and develop. The same in yoga: I see the role of a teacher as a helper and supporter in a person’s path to a better Self, where the first step is deeper knowledge of who you really are. I have found that yoga provides the opportunity to meet your true-self through the physical and spiritual practice.
What inspires me in my everyday life: spending time with my family, my friends and my pets, seeing the beauty of the nature, meditating in the sunset, having conversations with my loved ones, and teaching.
