Tribal Yoga is a wonderful place to practice. It has especially been an amazing place to find a connection with others during COVID as they offer both Zoom and in studio classes. I highly recommend you give it a try, it won’t disappoint you.
I started my yoga journey in 2013 purely for the physical benefits of yoga. I loved how I felt after a class, and it was a nice compliment to my running routine. It was not long before I discovered yoga had so much more to offer in my life. While I still like to get a good workout in doing chaturanga, yoga has taught me to listen to my heart and show up with grace in everything I do. As a musician, yoga has improved my breath control, body awareness, and focus needed for performances.
When I completed my 200-hour teacher training I knew I wanted to share what I learned with others. The training taught me to take my yoga off the mat into the world around me and be present in each moment. My goal as a yoga teacher is to give students the space to be present while offering them a sense of challenge and accomplishment.
