Liz draws inspiration from her community and has experienced some of her most profound yoga moments to be when there is a tangible connection in the class rather than simply a room of individuals practicing yoga. This feeling drew her to complete her 200 hour training at the Center School of Yoga with Suzanne McCahill Perrine in 2018. While studying with an amazing group of yogis she became interested in prenatal yoga and soon pursued her 85 hour certificate in Prenatal Yoga with Deb Flashenberg of the Prenatal Yoga Center in 2019. She weaves her love for her community, passion for social justice, and joy for facilitating into her teaching. In her day job she’s a librarian and aims to bring this same spirit to her work with students. Outside of all that she enjoys connecting with the herbs in her garden, baking pie, and taking neighborhood walks with her husband.
