Jill was introduced to yoga over 20 years ago when her roommates suggested it would be grounding for her during a transitional time. For years she had an intermittent relationship with yoga, but she always knew she felt better with regular practice especially after suffering a fall that left her with back and hip pain. Her understanding and appreciation of yoga deepened when she started attending classes with Suzanne at the Center in 2010. Through continued practice, she has experienced increased physical and emotional health.

Jill enjoys hatha yoga and vinyasa flow. She wishes to inspire others to connect movement with breath in order to still the mind, find balance, know the wise self and the body. She believes that yoga is for everybody. Jill completed her YTT-200 hour training under the direction of Suzanne McCahill Perrine at The Center in 2018-2019.

Jill enjoys hiking, gardening, writing, books, exploring new things, and meeting new people.
