Fueled by her own health and fertility challenges, Sarah enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed a health-coaching program in holistic wellness in December 2018. She is passionate about inspiring others to take an active role in creating their own healthy lifestyle. She believes that habits have a profound effect on wellness and has seen the benefits of yoga, meditation, and community-connection positively impact her own life far beyond what she might have imagined.
Sarah completed her YTT-200 hour training under the direction of Suzanne McCahill Perrine at The Center in 2018-2019.
When she isn’t happily chasing a toddler, Sarah enjoys singing in local events, experimenting with (mostly ;) ) healthy cooking, and playing in the garden.
She believes that the practice of yoga is one of the most beautiful expressions of body, mind & soul and looks forward to sharing class with others for many moons to come.
