I especially enjoy the morning Yoga and Meditation classes with Suzanne. These classes are a great way to wake up my body, relieve muscle stiffness, center my mind and generally ease into the day. Suzanne is a superb communicator and I appreciate how she talks us through whatever we are working on each day. I also appreciate her attention to basic posture that has helped me become more aware of and improve my own posture.
Connie acquired her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Certification at Sonic
Yoga in NYC, and is most of the way through the 500 HR Teacher
Training under Will Duprey. Her style of teaching is vinyasa flow,
but she loves to break it down, workshop poses, get the Pranayama
brewing and best of all, meditate. She's up for kirtan anytime. She
credits yoga as the central transformative force in her life, and
loves to share it with others. This past year, she's had the
privilege of teaching to 5th graders and senior ladies, showing how
yoga works for every body.
When she's not out climbing or doing massage work, find her cooking, scoping out good wine, digging in her garden and threatening to bring home chickens and a pygmy goat. She is also an Advanced Wilderness EMT and MS Ed.
