What can I say....yet another amazing session of valuable information that changes my life routines. Each session arms me with information that assists healthy change within my life. I find the good practice reinforced that I do & discover what I could do differently. So helpful. Have always had some kind of movement incorporated in my day & find how helpful it is in combating depression. Along with rest and digesting HOW I experience my world it can make all the difference.
