Sarah's 9:00 am class is definitely easy like Sunday morning. A perfect blend of serenity, stretching and soul-soothing. I wish I could start every morning on such a warm, positive note. It is truly lovely.
Cynthia has practiced yoga for over twenty years. The rhythm and sequence of vinyasa captivated her. After a knee injury, she quit running miles and turned to Yoga. Fascinated and intrigued by the mind, body and soul connection, she completed the 200 hour Teacher training at The Center in Harrisonburg,Virginia. Cynthia seeks to offer yoga classes that enable every body to practice Yoga and make a mind/body connection that will serve you on and off the mat.
