I loved the Bliss class! The chakra work and pelvic floor awareness was just what I needed. I felt light after the class! The music was also inspiring and flowed well.
In March of 2021, Eileen began her 200-hour Teacher Training and is now a certified yoga instructor, teaching slow flow classes and hosting the Spiraling to Wellness monthly Yoga & Journaling workshop.
Eileen is a freelance writer and amateur poet. She loves cooking with (and eating) all types of food (especially the fresh organic kind), reading all genres of writing, doing outdoor activities, and now, of course, sharing her love of yoga with the community.
