Nourishing Storm Yoga Studio

Paulina attended her first yoga class in 2016 to help manage depression and anxiety. Yoga is helping her find acceptance, peace, and her place in the world. She completed her RT200 in hopes of helping at least on person feel the peace she gains from her yoga practice. Paulina loves to practice flowy yoga, with some strength mixed in. Pranayama (breath work) and symbolism is very heavy in her practice; she loves to celebrate any part of the lunar cycle, work on chakras, and play with mudras (hand positions). Paulina is an avid reader, loves to get out in nature (especially barefoot), will get into any fresh body of water (even below 65 degrees), and adores her cat, dog, and husband.
