I have never tried yoga and this was a great first experience. It seemed like there were students at all levels but the instructor was still very easy to follow. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

Yoga helps me feel energized, fit and amazing both inside and out. Its a way for me to relax, unwind, and find ease even when things are a little chaotic. Honestly, before I did Yoga Teacher Training, I thought yoga was a good whole body workout. But I learned it is so much more. As a yoga teacher, I want my students to experience happiness and a level of accomplishment so that when they roll up their mat, so they can feel that sense of fulfillment that keeps me coming back to my mat.
My favorite pose is Balancing Half Moon, Ardha Chandrasana.
