Oh how I have missed hot yoga! Life and injury took me down a disconnected path from the healing that hot yoga always provides me. I love the value of yoga and what it does for our mind, body and spirit connection-the additional aspect of the heat is a game changer-deeper stretch is such a gift. The community here was both encouraging and inviting—I will be back and more on my routine here!

Yoga helps me feel energized, fit and amazing both inside and out. Its a way for me to relax, unwind, and find ease even when things are a little chaotic. Honestly, before I did Yoga Teacher Training, I thought yoga was a good whole body workout. But I learned it is so much more. As a yoga teacher, I want my students to experience happiness and a level of accomplishment so that when they roll up their mat, so they can feel that sense of fulfillment that keeps me coming back to my mat.
My favorite pose is Balancing Half Moon, Ardha Chandrasana.
