Hot Yoga is a combination of all our classes. Yang Yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa, Core Power and AcroPlay yoga) work the muscle groups increasing strength, stamina and flexibility while a Yin class works deep into the connective tissue and bone restoring youthful agility and health. The Hot Yoga class is a perfect way to work deep and strong while balancing and healing all the systems of the body.
