Yin Yoga • $20.00

Yin or Restorative yoga is supported poses and breathing techniques that bring the

body and mind to a state of stillness and healing. Using conscious relaxation
and props if needed, this class helps to access your own inner resources.
This practice holds postures for 3-5 minutes promoting conscious breathing that deepens into an overall sense of well-being.

You’ll discover this class supports and accelerates your overall yoga practice
in a profound way. The body’s natural state is to be relaxed. It is only
through the busyness of our lives that we tend to forget. By learning how to
relax and breathe deeply, we possess the keys to health, vitality and inner
peace.
