Michelle

Michelle Smith is a yoga and meditation teacher based out of Orange County, California. Early exposure to these practices nurtured her innate fascination for self awareness and development. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton. It was during college when her passion for yoga was ignited and she immersed herself in her practice. She graduated from Kaya Yoga Remedy's 200-hour teacher training and continues to study under her teachers, Gilbert and Ashley Naungayan. Michelle believes in viewing the individual from a holistic perspective; seeking to better understand the connections of the mind, body, and heart. She is passionate about finding natural modalities for healing and considers herself a student of life. It is very much her joy to share the teachings she has learned over the years with her students!
