I often say that it’s tight hips and shoulders which bring me back to the mat, but it’s really the restorative properties of Yoga which deeply feed me and helps integrates relationship with self and others and the experience of living life in a human body.
As a Kripalu and Ahimsa certified Yoga Teacher with certification as a Kripalu Bodyworker, Reiki practitioner and a Polarity Therapy practitioner I like to integrate slow movement and energetics with pause and time for the “afterglow” or “reverberation” of a pose.
Monday through Thursday you will find me at the Ahimsa Front Desk greeting clients and managing the office.
