David was given the gift of yoga over 25 years ago, and has had the privilege to practice and learn from many exceptional yoga teachers. His style of teaching blends his knowledge and experience of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Purna, and now with the completion of YTT training with Ahimsa, the Vanda Scaravelli method. What he offers is an easy flow vinyasa styled class, which weaves the student into the deeper asana postures, with a focus on breath guided movement.
