Martina has been teaching various levels of yoga since 2008. She originally completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Georgian College under the guidance of Heather Stanley in 2010. Since then Martina has gained new insight into her own teaching by both leading and experiencing many different yoga classes. Martina brings many elements of her own experiences to her practise; she has been blessed to have taken several Vipassana Meditation courses and has completed Bill Knight’s “Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction” course. Martina’s unique style of yoga is simple, effective, and inviting for everyone. Her demeanor is peaceful, and her classes encourage others to look deep within for the answers they seek. Martina inspires others to create a union between body, mind, and soul.
