My goodness i have missed your voice Allie- and your knowledge of our body stress and facial tightness. I have needed you more than I recognized during all this Covid times, and I am so glad I have landed back in your safe place. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!
With a background in drama and a PhD in Adult Education, Suzanne brings her training in breath work, visualization and concentration to her yoga practice. She is passionate about infusing yoga into a daily routine in order to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle and believes in the power of yoga to restore and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Trained by Allie Chisholm-Smith, she is keenly aware of the need to approach every yoga practitioner as an individual with very diversified needs and is enjoying the ongoing pursuit of research into restorative yoga practices. While Suzanne is no longer teaching on a full time basis here at Ahimsa, we are pleased to have her on our roster as a substitute teacher.
