Ursula uses her background of over 15 years of meditation, 700+ hours of yoga training, and a lifetime of self-reflection and energy awareness to foster a gentle environment for movement. She is also a certified Reiki Master and trained in the Biodynamic Tradition of Cranial Sacral Therapy.
