Dawn has been exploring yoga for several years, first discovering the practice with Rodney Yee on VHS in the '90s. Receiving her CYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training from Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation, she discovered her love of slow flow yoga, yin style, and restorative yoga. Dawn has developed a teaching style that focuses on holding space for her students as they seek to hold poses, breathe deeply, and open their hearts to self love. Her life mission is to share love and light with all who cross her path. In her personal life, Dawn is the Mother of Cats and shares her world with her partner Tom, a nature loving, supportive husband who keeps her filled with joy on a daily basis.
