Amber was first introduced to yoga after graduating from college. Yoga allowed her to clear her mind and ignore the stresses she faced regarding what to do with her post-graduation life. It enabled her to become more in touch with herself on a level she did not have time to pursue in college as well as realize her true essence. She went on to pursue her 200-hour training in Indy at Passion Yoga School in 2013. She is currently a medical student at Marian University and enjoys incorporating her anatomical knowledge of the body into her classes. She hopes to not only encourage people to stretch, move, engage and be aware of their bodies, but to someday be able to alleviate preventable diseases through lifestyle changes.
