Lauren first began practicing yoga in the spring of 2012, and she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2019 at Breathing Space Yoga + Meditation. Lauren brings an awareness and appreciation for all body types, including injuries. Lauren gives gentle yet solid adjustments (with consent) and creates an accessible, welcoming environment for students to come to their mats just as they are. She is known for her soothing voice, humor, and singing your way out of savasana. As a dominantly social/emotional being, Lauren's favorite part of practice is connecting with her breath and taking time to honor her physical body. Some days, it is comforting to remember that showing up to breathe is simply enough.
